10. A person who does not meet the conditions for the issue of a permit of the Order may continue to engage in the professional activities listed in paragraph 7 of section 37.1 of the Professional Code (chapter C-26) if the person was engaging in respiratory therapy on 7 February 1987 or if the person was legally engaging in those activities between 11 June 1980 and 13 March 1985 and if the person meets the conditions of practice that applied to the person at that time.
